Michelle practices massage therapy using several different styles of massage and integrating techniques learned during her 10 years experience to help clients achieve their wellness goals. Everyone is unique and different and no massage is the same. Essential oils may also be used to give clients a tailored massage that is helpful to problems or issues they may be having currently.
While many people may think of massage as a luxury, it is much more than simple relaxation. Therapeutic benefits of massage continue to be studied, but research has shown it to be effective in: decreasing pain, reducing anxiety and stress, improving range of motion, decreasing carpal tunnel symptoms, reducing muscle soreness, boosting the immune system, relieving migraine pain and the list goes on and on.
